Biography

Margaret, for more than a decade, was public relations director for The Vista Hotel at the World Trade Center and The Peninsula New York. At The Peninsula, she was instrumental in launching the New York arrival of renowned Chef Gray Kunz. She took special interest in the food and beverage division and the restaurants with extensive research into America's culinary heritage.
She traveled nationally and internationally to generate editorial coverage in the luxury tourism market, significantly increasing business in this market.
She was formerly proprietor of an inn on the New Jersey shore with a 65-seat silver service restaurant, The Pelican Bistro, which was recognized as one of the 10 Best New Restaurants in NJ by New Jersey Monthly only two months after opening.
She is a public relations consultant to restaurants, kitchen and interior designers, and art museums, aspiring to concentrate on her writing.
